the building re quite old, some parts need refurbishment. but staff re very nice! so friendly and kind! located in the town centre and 20 minutes walk to Ennis Rail & Bus station, not so bad.
no internet acces in the rooms and not good Wi Fi acces at the reception area, only the bar have good acces but the bar is closed at early night, so not really usuful.
Location, Breakfast and price. Perfect for Hen/Stag stay or for socialising.
Not enough Towels in the room.
on a Tuesday night you would expect a quite night but to be woken several times including 3.30 in the morning by people drinking in a bar below
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our comfort and satisfaction was obviously a concern. All was done to ake sure we enjoyed our stay. Entertainment was nearby.
The bathroom needed, decorating, and carpeting needed updating.
If ur going to ennis for a nite out, this is the place to stay:-)
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the room was nice and big, very comfortable double bed.
No free parking The hot water wasnt very hot at 6pm in the evening
the beds are amazing.
we had to take cold shower because there wasn't hot water and that was really bad.
In the center of town.
The bathrooms are a bit old and could use some updating. The internet was not working and the staff didn't seen concerned and interested in finding out why.
The location for what we required was perfect. The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was good. Will stay again.
No on site parking although the public carpark was close by. The lack of wifi was a disappointment but that made the stay more of a treat as didn't have to be contacted by work so didn't have to be worried about it either.
The hotel was great for our trip as it was a gang of ladies aaway for a birthday trip. Its location was spot on and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us.
The only fault I would have was at the end of the night when we were heading back to our rooms there was a lot of people walking the corridors that were not residents. There was nobody downstairs to check on people going up to the rooms so anybody could go up, it felt a bit unsafe as a lot of these were men. However when we mentioned it to one of the bouncers he immediately apologised and offered to escort us up to our rooms and he removed any people from the corridors who shouldn't have been up there.
Staff very nice and night life was great.
Paying for parking
no breakfast room had to use bar
We booked a room at a very cheap price, and got our money's worth. Sheena on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were out in Ennis for a friend's farewell party and the location for us was great.
We came back to our room at 1.30 and the heating had been turned off. The room was freezing! I'm all for saving money, but turning the heat off in the middle of January is just mean. Fortunately we had a room with a double and single bed so we slept under both duvets
the rooms were freezing cold no heating in the rooms no hot water gaps in the windows and the wind blowing in could not sleep with the noise
There was so much noise from the road through the single glazed windows at night that I didn't sleep a wink - not one to complain but!!! I would not have liked to have been there at a weekend
